Yes, you will receive a confirmation email for any online reservation. The email will include all of details of your booking, you're also able to print the document for future reference.
During the online reservation process you're given the option to pay online through PayPal or to pay with cash upon arrival. 
If your circumstances change and you do potentially require the vehicle longer than the agreed time we will be happy to assist. All we ask is that you contact us in advance to make us aware of the change and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We understand that sometimes things change and we will either extend your booking or can arrange to drop another vehicle to you if your rental is required for a future booking.
No, all of our vehicle rentals come with an unlimited milage policy allowing you to travel anywhere you please without the worry of additional charges.
The vehicle rental for your specified dates plus insurance is included in our rates. The only additional charges are for optional extras which are clearly priced and listed as part of our online booking process. You may choose to select any of these to meet your requirements or choose none if they aren't required.
If you require a different vehicle than what you booked in your reservation then we will do anything we can to accommodate the change.

Yes, we ask for a deposit of €50 to confirm all bookings.
We have various locations across Cyprus where you're able to collect or drop off your rental vehicle. You can select your pick up and drop off locations when you're making a reservation online. 

Our locations have been specifically selected to be close to the main airports Paphos and Larnaca. We also have an office in Limassol tourist area making our services accessible to anyone travelling to Cyprus.
Our minimum booking period is three days. As a standard policy our maximum is usually thirty days. However, if your requirements are outside of these specifications please contact us and we will do our best to assist you to meet your needs.
